**To complete this rental application, please provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. Please also provide all applicable information regarding your income. Note that the income requirement for any rental is that the combined gross income of all applicants is at least three times the monthly rent amount and that adults have an acceptable credit score. For full time college students, parental support and student loans may be counted toward income.

**A government issued photo identification (preferably a driver's license) must be submitted. It can be uploaded to this application, emailed to us at venture@venturellc.com, faxed to us at 515-255-8847, or presented at our office where we can photocopy it.

**Each resident age 18 or older must submit a separate rental application.

**Please completely fill out all portions of the rental application.

**You previously may have selected a single building or unit for which you are applying or else this has defaulted to our main office address. This is a software function we're unable to change. If you are interested in other locations/units as well, or if you didn't see the unit you were interested in and selected another one, you can just let us know that at the end of the application. There, you will be asked if you're interested in any other units or properties. You can then provide any other properties/sizes/styles you're interested in or other information you would like us to have. You do not need to complete multiple applications.
