Inside Venture Management

Venture Management was founded in 1972. It all began with the purchase of a duplex in the Drake University area. Venture Management is a small, family-owned business, and now manages homes and apartment units in Des Moines, Norwalk, and Grimes. Despite many years of change, for more than 50 years our goal has remained the same:  to provide high quality housing at an affordable price.
